Tessa Thomas


Tessa is a multi-time Canadian National Champion in Softball, former member of Team Canada Softball Elite, former NCAA DI student-athlete in softball, NFCA All-American Scholar-Athlete, two-time Big South Conference Champion, Big South Conference Freshman of the Year, Big South Conference Woman of the Year Nominee, Big South Conference All-Decade Team Softball selection, CoSIDA Academic All-District Second Team member, Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar and was the recipient of the Harry Jerome Award for Excellence in Athletic Achievement at the age of 18.

Tessa studied Art History and Chemistry at Winthrop University and has a Master of Art Conservation degree from Queen’s University—she is also a certified personal trainer and the founder of fit knowts, the first and only book summary service dedicated to health and fitness.
